Add-Ons at Tanglebloom Cabin: Turn your Vermont farm stay into a full retreat

The cabin is pretty good on its own, honestly. It's tucked into a wooded corner of our working flower farm, Tanglebloom, in Brookline, Vermont, a short drive from Brattleboro. You’ll experience peonies or wildflowers in the spring and summer, or blazing foliage all around during the fall. Most guests book, arrive, and immediately exhale.

But every once in a while, someone's marking something — an anniversary, a birthday, a proposal, or just the fact that they finally, finally got away — and they ask if there's a way to make the stay feel a little more special. So we built a short list of add-ons for exactly that. Think of them as the difference between a great couple of nights and a retreat-style reset.

Here's everything you can add to your Tanglebloom Tiny Cabin stay, what each looks like, and how to book it.

Private Sauna, Brought Right to the Farm

Our friends at Brattleboro Sauna haul a wood-fired mobile sauna out to the farm and set it up just for you. There's something pretty unbeatable about sweating it out while looking over rows of peonies and wildflowers in spring and summer, or the woods turning color at the field's edge in fall. It's private, outdoors, and magically turns a weekend away into a nervous system reset.

This is consistently our most-requested add-on, especially for couples and solo travelers who need to feel the getaway, not just see it on the calendar.

A Celebration Tray, Waiting When You Arrive

If you're celebrating anything at all — a birthday, an anniversary, a promotion, whatever brought you here — a charcuterie-style celebration tray and a bottle of bubbly waiting in the outdoor kitchen when you walk in is a nice way to mark it. It serves two, and yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions, just let us know at checkout.

The real reason we love it? It means the first thing you do at Tanglebloom isn't unpacking; it's toasting.

Fresh Floral Arrangements From the Farm

We've been growing peonies and cut flowers commercially for over a decade, and it still doesn't get old to craft an arrangement with flowers harvested that morning. Every arrangement is designed just for you from whatever's in season on our sustainably managed farm — full, garden-style, and nothing like what you'd get from a grocery store. Guests add these on for birthdays, anniversaries, elopements, honeymoons, or just because fresh flowers in a cabin in the woods is a good idea.

Private Yoga

Instructors from Village Yoga in Newfane— just minutes from Tanglebloom — will either come out to the farm and lead a private session outdoors, or host you in their studio if you'd rather. Either way, it's just you (or you and whoever you're traveling with), no class to keep up with, and a genuinely peaceful way to start or end a day at the cabin.
