Sweepstakes Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Each entrant hereby represents and warrants that the entrant is at least 18 years of age, and that the official rules have been read and agreed to.
Promotion Period
The Enter to Win Giveaway begins at 9am EST on November 1st, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM EST on November 6, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period, as designated by the computer clock of the Sponsor.

Eligibility
The promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Guam, Puerto Rico, and other US territories), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration in the Promotion. Employees and officers of Tanglebloom Flowers LLC dba Tanglebloom Tiny Cabin (the “Sponsor”) and Sponsor’s parent, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all aspects. Void where prohibited. Anyone living in a state where the Sweepstakes is prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted under state and local laws or regulations is ineligible. Entrants who are residents of a state that prohibits unregistered contests or requires the Sponsor to post a bond are ineligible. Tanglebloom Flowers LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any entrant who enters if it is illegal for them to do so.

How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, submit your first name and valid email address entry at www.vermontcabin.net/giveaway during the designated Promotion Period.

Prizes & Odds of Winning
A total of one (1) prize (“the Prize”) will be selected in electronic, randomized drawings. The total value of the prizes is over $1000. The drawing for the Prize will be held at the designated time as outlined in the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depends on the number of entries received.

The Prize consists of:
The Sponsor will contact Winner by Instagram Direct Message to claim their Prize of a one-night stay at Tanglebloom Tiny Cabin in Brookline, Vermont. A reservation must be made by Winner via Airbnb or Hipcamp and Sponsor will reimburse Winner so that trip cost for one-night stay is $0.00 USD. Winner can select from available dates during the 2024 rental season, approximately May through October. Blackout dates of July 3-8, 2024 and October 11-14, 2024 apply. The Pick-Your-Own-Flowers Experience prize will take place during Winner’s stay at Tanglebloom, and available flowers will vary according to the season. The remaining Prizes, which are physical products from the other giveaway partners, will be mailed to Winner after November 6, 2023. There are no substitutions for the prize, and the winner is not entitled to the monetary prize value.

Drawing and Awarding of the Prize
All timely entries will be collected and the winning entry will be selected at random. The winner will be randomly selected and notified via Instagram Direct Message on or about Friday, November 10th, 2023. The winner must be subscribed to all giveaway partner’s email lists. If the winner does not claim the prize within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Beware of fake accounts impersonating giveaway partners. We will never ask for your credit card or bank information.
